Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Descriptions

We have noted CV-like descriptions of people who have contributed to DBS in one way or another (presentation, PhD thesis, article, speaker, etc.), which we provide publicly to give background information to our users and participants at our meetings. If you have contributed to DBS and wish to remove a previously approved description, please contact us with the direct link and we will make sure to delete it at once.

Presentations

All presentations that we link to either in our Google Drive directory or here on this website has been provided with full consent from the authors. If you are an author who wish to remove a previously approved presentation, please contact us with the direct link and we will make sure to delete it at once.

Contact and membership forms

When you submit a contact form, an email is sent out to our board where your request is handled and archived with other professional emails. We keep contact form submissions for a period of two years or until your request is handled, but never use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.

If you enroll in one of the groups of DBS Groups, your name and affiliation will be listed below the member section of the particular group on batteriselskab.dk.

Cookies

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year.
